Calendar unveiling ceremony of 2024

MOONFLOWER AUTISM FOUNDATION organized a Calendar unveiling ceremony on 5 December, 2023 at Moonflower Autism Foundation Premises.

The Calendar has been made with the artworks of individuals with autism of Moonflower School for Autism. Moonflower Autism Foundation has published the wall calendar for promoting the talents and skills of individuals with autism.

Mr. Dr. Md Arif Raihan Maahi were present the occasion.

Mr. Naquib Khan, Chairman, presided over the occasion.
Dr. Shiraji Munira Choudhury, Secretary, Syeda Shamima Akther, Treasurer Mrs. Hasaina Parveen Khan, Executive Member Mr. Mofijul Islam, Executive Director, Moonflower Autism Foundation, other members, invitee guests, teachers and parents were present at the programme.

 


The guests were also enjoyed the cultural program which was performed by the students of Moonflower School for Autism.

Moonflower Autism Foundation was formed by a group of dedicated and well-trained parents of individuals with autism on 23rd December 2022.

The aims and objectives of the foundation are training and education, empowerment and rehabilitation of individuals with autism.

Moonflower Autism Foundation is registered (Registration No: Dha-10027, Dated:19.11.2023)   with the Social Service Department under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh as a nonprofit, nonpolitical, voluntary organization.

General Meeting

A general meeting of Moonflower Autism Foundation was held on 10 June, 2023 at Moonflower Autism Foundation's office premises. Mr. Syed Hasan Nur Islam,  Councilor, Ward-32, Dhaka North City Corporation was present as a guest of honor along with other guests. The meeting was presided over by  Mr. Naquib Khan ,  Chairman of the foundation. Dr. Shiraji Munira Choudhury, Secretary, Professor Dr.A.K.M. Moniruzzaman, Joint Secretary, Syeda Shamima Akther, Treasurer , Marzina Yasmine, Mr. Md. Aminul Islam Khan, Hasina Parvin Khan Executive members, Mr. Md Abul Mansur (immediate past secretary, Ministry of Culture ), Mr. Md Showkat Ali(Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Public Works) and other general members participated in the meeting. Teachers Training Program MOONFLOWER AUTISM FOUNDATION arranged a teachers training program on 12 October, 2023 at Moonflower Autism Foundation premises. The training program was conducted by Md Mofijul Islam, Head Teacher & Executive Director, Moonflower Autism Foundation.
